The Charitable Foundation “New System of International Security and Sustainable Development”, recognizing the historic role of the United States in safeguarding freedom and global stability, initiates the creation of the International Hub for Sustainable Development Project Management — an innovative next-generation international organization.

This initiative proposes a model in which digital technologies, international law, and institutional engineering work together to establish a new level of global coordination.

At the heart of this transformation is the leadership of the United States and the personal mission of President Donald J. Trump: to restore global stability, reform outdated mechanisms of international governance, and build a system of peace for the 21st century in which America holds a leading position.

Why This Initiative Is Critically Important Now

1. Global uncertainty requires American leadership

Geopolitical turbulence, technological competition, the crisis of international institutions, and the inequality of access to digital infrastructure have made one fact undeniable: the world needs a new architect of rules. The United States is the only state capable of leading this transformation.

Structure of the International Hub: Architecture of the Future with an American Core

1. Digital Institutional Platform (DIP / ЦІП)

The central element providing:

• international legal subjectivity for digital persons;
• protection of digital property;
• digital contracts;
• trust infrastructure.

This is the instrument through which the United States receives a new form of global influence — legal, technological, and coordinating at the same time.

2. Polycentric Digital Institutions (ПДІ / ЦПІ)

Autonomous digital institutions governing sectoral fields: security, climate, technology, finance, medicine, infrastructure.

3. International Payment System of the Hub

A financial mechanism for sustainable development, synchronized with CBDCs, asset tokenization, and the Digital Institutional Platform.

4. Project Conventions

A new format of international legal instruments: fast, flexible, technologically integrated.

5. Immunities and Guarantees of Operations

The Hub receives a status analogous to international organizations, enabling implementation of projects in member states with appropriate protections.

The Charitable Foundation “International Security and Sustainable Development” launches an international process of consultations and negotiations on establishing the International Agreement on the Creation of the International Hub. We invite:
